We currently provide services for individuals seeking to create change, build awareness or cultivate new ways of being with themselves and the world. Our individual work starts with a thorough assessment followed by creating a tailored treatment plan that is both measurable, attainable. Before sessions begin you will have a clear understanding of where you want to go and how we will help you get there. Individual sessions generally run for 50 minute - 75 minute of 90 minutes in length. Talk to your therapist about which option may best for you.
Couples & Partnership
There's a myth out there that couples have to be in distress in order to benefit from therapy. let's make one thing clear: that is not the case. The research shows that couples, partners and families are actually best served outside of times of crisis. While our providers are trained with working with systems in distress, we encourage this form of work for any people looking to cultivate supportive and sustainable ways of being together. Dyad and group sessions generally run for 75 minute of 90 minutes in length. Talk to your therapist about which option may best for you.
Therapy for Parents
Using the frame of dialectical behavior therapy and attachment science, there are specific behavioral & skills based tools that parents with children of all ages can benefit from learning and bringing into practice. Practical therapy for parents starts with a thorough assessment and the creation of personalized treatment plan so you have a clear plan for where you are headed and how it will benefit your parent-child dynamic.
Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Sessions
Preparation and integration are essential elements of psychedelic healing — not exclusive to Western medicine, but deeply rooted in Indigenous and ceremonial traditions across cultures.
Preparation provides a structured and supported space to clarify intentions, cultivate emotional readiness, and strengthen internal resources to navigate what may arise during the journey.
Integration is where meaning is made. These sessions support the process of translating the insights, sensations, and symbolic content of the psychedelic experience into lasting shifts — in behavior, relationships, worldview, and self-understanding.
Psychedelics offer us a temporary opening — a glimpse of new clarity or potential — and it is the intentional arc of preparation, experience, and integration that protects that opening and gives us the structure needed to solidify what we learned into sustainable change.
