WELCOME

We're so happy you're here.

On Point is a group practice offering evidence based psychotherapy, executive & leadership coaching, medication consultation and skills training.

ABOUT

What is On Point Practice?

Waiting Room - Point Loma Office

Our mission is to support whole-person and whole-system health by integrating evidence-based behavioral practices with adjunct approaches to enhance emotional resilience, relational skills and physical vitality.

While therapy can foster deep healing, it sometimes leaves individuals wanting more tools to influence the systems they live in—whether it be family/relational dynamics or workplace culture. Coaching and consulting can offer powerful clarity and direction, but can fall short when inner emotional work is needed to sustain meaningful change.

That’s where we come in.

Our team brings decades of specialized experience across mental health, leadership development, and systems work. Whether you're an individual navigating personal challenges or a team seeking to function more cohesively, we meet you where you are and help guide where you want to go.

We work with individuals, couples, families, teams, and organizations looking for more effective ways of functioning together as a whole and on an individual level. We believe that by integrating these practices and keeping everything under one roof, people can experience an increased quality of life that has meaningful impact at all levels.

And that, we believe, is... On Point.

Meredith Meyer, LMFT

Meredith is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience providing individual, couples and family therapy. Her work is rooted in dialectical behavior therapy which blends traditional cognitive therapy tools with acceptance strategies and practical skills for emotional resilience, behavioral change, and personal growth.

In addition to her clinical practice, she currently participates as a therapist for Compass Pathways’ clinical trial on synthesized psilocybin for individuals with Treatment-Resistant Depression. Through this role, she is trained in and actively provides psychedelic-assisted therapy during the preparation, administration, and integration phases.

Meredith is also an adjunct faculty member in the School of Leadership and Education Sciences (SOLES) at the University of San Diego, a registered clinical supervisor and a volunteer with the DBT-LBC’s nonprofit organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of San Francisco and a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego.

She brings warmth, precision, and systems-level thinking to her work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. The idea for On Point emerged through her collaboration with her sister Faith—a Mochary Method Consultant—combining their unique backgrounds to offer clients an integrated space for transformation in life and leadership.
