Eight live group coaching sessions (90 minutes): structured, interactive trainings with role‑plays and live feedback plus:
2 individual coaching sessions (1:1 onboarding + graduation, 60 min each) for personalized strategy and accountability
Access to our Private Slack Channel for between-session support and implementation feedback
A Step‑by‑step Leadership System with plug‑and‑play templates, meeting agendas, scripts, conversation frameworks, and homework workflows (downloadable assets)
Diagnostic onboarding + personalized leadership roadmap
On‑demand replay library of all sessions, available immediately after each live session
30‑minute, 90‑day follow-up check‑in to review progress and next steps
