Meredith is a coach and therapist bringing over a decade of experience working with high-performing individuals navigating burnout, pressure, and complex interpersonal dynamics

01. On Point Leadership Labs
An 8 week hybrid course designed for founders, executives or emerging leaders who want a high-touch, immersive program to level up their leadership in a community setting.
02. On Demand Trainings
These learn as you go trainings vary in length and are a great resource for those who want to pace themselves and integrate new learning into their current leadership practices.
03. OnSite Team Services
The most experiential of all of our services, onsite team workshops are the quickest way to inject new life and ways of being into your workplaces culture and systems of daily functioning. We come to you or bring your team to On Point's HQ.
